Observation

After several interviews with parents, teachers, center owner and reviewing of video department decision of allegation was found "valid" for 110-300-0331(1)(C). Provider grabbed and yanked a child’s hand when physically removing child from classroom. Teacher statement and video indicate child hand was yanked when child was grabbing herself to the table and doorway on at least two different occasions. Through staff and parent interviews this licensor was made aware of that child had made statements that her hand was hurting when provider grabbed her hand when removing her from the classroom and her hand stopped hurting when provider let go. ??
